in the past year i moved from chicago cambridge, moved from cambridge to back bay, went to a whole bunch of weddings, took trips to colombia, dc, south carolina, nyc, canada, detroit, iowa, maine, back to chicago, did more skiing than i have done the past two years combined, started spinning, took tennis lessons for the first time since high school and a whole lot more stuff.
anyhow, i am sad that i didn't blog more in the past year and have decided that for the remainder of 2011 and hopefully going forward i am going to be better about it. i am doing lots of little projects in my cute apartment that i love and will likely be posting a few of them here.
my big exciting purchase of the winter once i moved to back bay was a set of chairs for my apartment, i found these chairs on craigslist for $60:
i wasn't quite sure how they would turn out but i used chairloom to reupholster them and i think that they really turned out great:
